    Summary

This is the third year the field school will be offered in cooperation with the Katzie First Nation. Katzie band members are an integral part of the field school so students are able to gain an appreciation of First Nations' concerns and world view by working cooperatively with the band.

Many of our graduates have gone on to complete Bachelor's, Master's and PhD degrees. Many graduates currently work within the professional archaeological consulting industry. The field school emphasizes practical field skills - those required by the consulting industry as well as academia.
