The Agua Blanca community stands out from others becasue they are part of teh research. Everything is done after consulting with the commmunity. Hiring local cooks, workem, etc is decided along with the community, local leaders designe a roaster so local help rotates and thus, the resoures, as a way of salary, goes to all members of the community. So, this is the place to see small economy and social organization working with the sense of communal property. Food is excelent, fish and all the tropical delicacies are prepared by local cooks.Quotes from former studentsThe best experience I have had in my life.
